My focus lies on how technology has an impact on culture, resulting in sustainable improvement and anticipating on potential issues. My goal is a harmonized and stress-reduced organization.

In 2013 I founded Arkite NV and was co-CEO and CTO. I invented the “Human Interface Mate”, an Augmented Reality product to let operators excel in their job.

My two business novels on technological knowledge and quality thinking: “Grenzeling, buiten de sector denken” (2009) and “De Puberende Leider” (2017) were both published in Dutch by Lannoo Campus.

My belief in sociocracy 3.0 and many years of experience in Industry 4.0 resulted in the foundation of aeriez. Collecting data linked to scientific thinking and persuasive technologies is the foundation to improve autonomy, capture knowledge and redesign the organization.
