As an autodidact I have solid experience and broad knowledge in all aspects of organizing a company.

Besides my interest in guiding and motivating people to have a fulfilling life, I have a wide view on technological possibility’s. This drove me to become a Change Agent at Ontex to implement automated workflows and collaborative patterns. This experience learned me more about programming in C# within the .net environment.

Furthermore I specialized in implementing i4.0 devices, autonomous ànd preventive maintenance and data-driven improvements on OEE results.

Today I am the Co-Founder and CTO of aeriez because of my motivation to take Industry 4.0 to the next level. We decrease non-value added time while connecting the organization and all stakeholders.
